By this Public Notice, the Media Bureau hereby extends the filing deadlines for public comment on 
several recent filings in the pending digital audio broadcasting proceeding, MM Docket No. 99-325.1  
This action is taken in response to a request from Jonathan E. Hardis.2 Interested parties may file 
comments on or before January 3, 2012, and reply comments on or before January 24, 2012.
