Dear Mr. Case:
On December 21, 2010, the Federal Communications Commission sent the Universal Service 
Administrative Company (USAC) a letter (December 2010 Letter) providing financial reporting deadlines 
for Fiscal Year (FY) 2011 as outlined in Office of Management and Budget Circular A-136.1 Since then, 
the Commission has been informed that the United States Department of the Treasury has modified these 
due dates.  Accordingly, this letter updates the December 2010 Letter with the following updated FY 
2011 reporting deadlines:
Reporting Period:  Due Date to Commission:
December 31, 2010 January 12, 2011 (10th 8th week day)
March 31, 2011 April 12, 2011 (8th week day)
June 30, 2011 July 11, 2011 (7th week day)
August 31, 2011 September 11, 2011 (7th week day)
September 30, 2011 October 10, 2011 (6th week day)
Except for the modifications noted above, the December 2010 Letter remains unchanged.   I look 
forward to working with USAC to complete the reporting process for FY 2011 and please let me know if
