On November 1, 2010, Cintex Wireless, LLC (Cintex) filed the above-captioned petition for forbearance.1 On January 5, 2011, Cintex submitted a request to withdraw that petition.2 We grant the request to withdraw and dismiss the petition. 2. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to the authority delegated under sections 0.91 and 0.291 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. §§ 0.91, 0.291, that the request to withdraw the petition of Cintex Wireless, LLC IS GRANTED and that petition IS DISMISSED. 3.
