On December 23, 2009, WaveDivision Holdings, LLC, Horizon Cable TV, Inc., Stanford University, and the City of San Bruno, California (collectively, “Petitioners”) filed a program access complaint (the “Complaint”) against Comcast Corporation, SportsChannel Pacific Associates, Comcast SportsNet West, Inc., Comcast Cable Communications, Inc., Comcast Cable Communications Holdings, Inc., Comcast Cable Holdings, LLC, and Comcast MO Group, Inc. (collectively, “Comcast”). On January 5, 2011, Petitioners and Comcast filed a Joint Motion to Dismiss Program Access Complaint and Terminate Proceeding (the “Joint Motion”). The Joint Motion stated that each Petitioner has executed a settlement agreement with Comcast resolving the underlying disputes. 2.
