Suite 200 Washington, D.C. 20036 Re: Vacancies on the USAC Board of Directors Dear Chairman Talbott: On September 27, 2010, the Wireline Competition Bureau issued a public notice soliciting nominations to fill vacancies on the Board of Directors of the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC).1 There are currently seven vacancies on the USAC Board due to the expiration of Board members’ terms.2 The Commission received a single nomination for six of the seven vacancies, as listed in the attached Appendix. The Commission did not receive a nomination for a seventh vacancy dedicated to a representative for interexchange carriers with more than $3 billion in annual operating revenues.
