On February 11, 2011, the Federal Register published the Commission’s Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (“NPRM”) in the above-captioned proceeding.1 That NPRM established a comment deadline of March 18, 2011 and a reply comment deadline of April 18, 2011. On April 13, 2011, LIN Television Corporation d/b/a LIN Media, Media General, Inc., the Named State Broadcasters Associations,2 Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., and Tribune Broadcasting Company, Debtor-In-Possession, requested that the reply deadline be extended by 7 days because the current reply comment filing deadline falls immediately after the 2011 National Association of Broadcasters Convention in Las Vegas Nevada, which concludes today. Many broadcasters, their counsel, and other interested parties, attended the NAB Show. In addition, FCC staff and Commissioners also attended the NAB Show and made public presentations regarding incentive auctions, among other matters related to this proceeding. Given the importance of the issues in this proceeding, however, we find that good cause exists to provide all parties an extension of the reply comment deadline to facilitate the development of a full and complete record. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to Section 4(i), 4(j) and 5(c) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. §§ 154(i), 154(j), 155(c) and Sections 0.31, 0.241, and 1.46 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. §§ 0.31, 0.241, and 1.46, the deadline for filing reply comments in response to the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in ET Docket No. 10-235 IS EXTENDED to April 25, 2011. 4.
