S2388SAT-STA-20110307-00051 E Effective Date: 04/08/2011Grant of Authority Special Temporary Authority Intelsat License LLC On April 8, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30 days, to operate telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations with the Intelsat 702 space station necessary to effect the drift of Intelsat 702 from the 66.0º E.L. orbital location to the 54.85º E.L. orbital location and to maintain Intelsat 702 at the 54.85º E.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (left-hand circular polarization/Earth-to-space); 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz , 3952.5 MHz, and 3952.0 MHz (right-hand circular polarization/space-to-Earth). Additionally, Intelsat is granted special temporary authority for a period of 30 days to provide Fixed-Satellite Service at the 54.85º E.L. orbital location using the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz, (space-to-Earth), 12.50-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
