The application for assignment of license of WMFE-TV has been accepted for filing upon initial review.2 The Commission reserves the right to return any application if, upon further examination, it is determined to be defective and not in conformance with the Commission’s rules, regulations or policies. Interested persons must file petitions to deny no later than May 6, 2011.3 In order to foster greater openness, transparency and public participation, we will docket this proceeding.4 All filings concerning the application for assignment of license of WMFE-TV from Community Communications, Inc. to Community Educators of Orlando, Inc. should refer to MB Docket No. 11-75 and File No, BALEDT-20110401ACW.
