On May 11, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to XM Radio Inc., for a period of 180 days, to
continue to operate Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) terrestrial repeaters that were previously authorized to operate in the
2332.5-2345 MHz frequency band under multiple separate grants of special temporary authority, as listed in XM Radio's application.  Each
repeater will operate with an effective isotropically radiated power of less than 12000 watts (average) at various locations throughout the United
States.

Sirius XM Radio Inc.
On May 11, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Sirius XM Radio Inc., for a period of 180 days,
to continue to operate Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) terrestrial repeaters that were previously authorized to operate in the 2320-
2332.5 MHz frequency band under multiple separate grants of special temporary authority, as listed in Sirius XM's application.  Each repeater will
operate with an effective isotropically radiated power of less than 12000 watts (average) at various locations throughout the United States.

On May 6, 2011, the Satellite Division  granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to XM Radio Inc., for a period of 30 days, to
activate the communications payload of its Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) space station, XM-5, at the 85.15° W.L orbital
location for in-orbit performance testing purposes using the 2332.5-2345.0 MHz (space-to-Earth) frequency band.

S2377SAT-MOD-20090520-00075 PanAmSat Licensee Corp.
The 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz
(Earth-to-space) frequencies previously licensed to PanAmSat Licensee Corp. at the 76.85° W.L. orbital location are available for
reassignment pursuant to the Commission's first-come, first-served licensing process effective 2:00 pm EDT on Tuesday, May 17.  At that
time, applicants may file applications for new space stations, market access by non-U.S. licensed space stations, modifications to licensed
space stations, or amendments to pending applications that take this announcement into account.  Applications for the available spectrum
filed prior to that date and time will be dismissed as premature without prejudice to re-filing.
PanAmSat is no longer operating a space station at the 76.85° W.L. orbital location in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425
MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) bands.  See Letter from Jennifer Hindin,
