On May 3, 2011, the Commission adopted and released a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking
regarding FY 2011 Regulatory Fees.1 The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking set the comment date as May 
24, 2011, and the reply comment date as June 1, 2011.  These deadlines are hereby extended to allow 
regulatees additional time to provide their comments.  The comment date will be June 2, 2011 and the 
reply comment date will be June 9, 2011.
