Federal Communications Commission Washington, D.C. 20554 DA 12-1006 June 28, 2012 Cebridge Acquisition, L.P. C/o Michael J. Zarilli 12444 Powerscourt Drive Suite 450 St. Louis, MO 63131 Re: Call Sign: KE89 File No.: SES-REG-20120209-00150 Dear Mr. Zarrilli: On February 9, 2012, Cebridge Acquisition, L.P. (Cebridge) filed the above captioned application to register a new fixed C-band (3700-4200 MHz) receive-only earth station. For the reasons set forth below, we dismiss the application as defective without prejudice to re-filing.1 Section 25.112(a) of the Commission’s rules, requires the Commission to return as unacceptable for filing any earth station application that is not substantially complete, or does not comply with the Commission’s rules.2 The C-band allocation is shared, on a primary basis, between “Satellite Communications” and “Fixed Microwave” stations.3 Cebridge failed to comply with the frequency coordination requirements of Section 25.203(b) of the Commission’s rules.4 Section 25.203(b) requires earth station applicants proposing to operate in a frequency band shared with equal rights with terrestrial microwave services to submit frequency coordination information.5 Therefore, its application is incomplete. 1 If Cebridge re-files an application identical to the portion dismissed, with the exception of supplying the corrected information, it need not pay an application fee. See 47 C.F.R. § 1.1111(d). 2 47 C.F.R. § 25.112(a). 3 47 C.F.R. § 2.106. 4 47 C.F.R. § 25.203. 5 Id. Federal Communications Commission DA 12-1006 2 Pursuant to Section 25.112(a) of the Commission’s rules and Section 0.261 of the Commission rules on delegations of authority we dismiss this application.6 Sincerely, Paul E.
