On January 12, 2012, the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau released a Public Notice1
listing the 24 petitions for reconsideration of the Commission’s USF/ICC Transformation Order.2
Pursuant to section 1.429(e) of the Commission’s rules, the opposition and reply deadlines for 
these petitions are 15 days and 25 days, respectively, after publication of the Public Notice in the Federal 
Register.3 The Public Notice was published in the Federal Register on January 25, 2012.4 Accordingly, 
oppositions will be due February 9, 2012, and replies to oppositions will be due February 21, 2012.
