MEDIA THREE CORPORATION, INC. FILES AN APPLICATION FOR OPEN VIDEO 
SYSTEM CERTIFICATION
Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. §76.1502, Media Three Corporation, Inc. (“Media3”), filed an application for 
certification to operate an Open Video System to serve the City of New York.  Comments are due to be filed 
with the Office of the Secretary and the Office of the Bureau Chief, Media Bureau, on or before August 22, 
2012.  Comments must be filed in accordance with the requirements set forth in 47 C.F.R. § 76.1502(e).
