PAUL BUNYAN RURAL TELEPHONE COOPERATIVE FILES AN APPLICATION 
FOR OPEN VIDEO SYSTEM CERTIFICATION
Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 76.1502, Paul Bunyan Rural Telephone Cooperative (“Paul Bunyan”), filed 
an application for certification to operate an Open Video System to serve the city of Big Falls, Minnesota.  
Comments are due to be filed with the Office of the Secretary and the Office of the Bureau Chief, Media 
Bureau, on or before September 10, 2012.  Comments must be filed in accordance with the requirements set 
forth in 47 C.F.R. § 76.1502(e).  Paul Bunyan’s application is  available via the Internet:
