On July 30, 2012, U.S. South Communications, Inc. (U.S. South) filed an Application for Full Commission Review (Application for Review) of a declaratory ruling issued by the Wireline Competition Bureau (Bureau) in this docket on June 29, 2012.1 On August 9, 2012, based on motions for an extension of time from GCB Communications, Inc. and Lake Country Communications, Inc. (collectively, “GCB”) and American Public Communications Council (“APCC”) and APCC Services, Inc. (collectively, APCC) and for good cause shown, the Bureau extended the date oppositions to the Application for Review were due from August 14, 2012 to August 31, 2012.2 On August 31, 2012, GCB and APCC filed Joint Comments in opposition to the Application for Review.3 2. On September 6, 2012, U.S. South, GCB, and APCC filed a joint motion seeking an extension of time for submission of replies to the opposition from September 10, 2012 to September 24, 2012.4 Parties indicate that additional time is needed as they “are simultaneously briefing related matters in connection with a motion for judgment before the district court (U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona), and have agreed to, and moved for, a parallel extension of time for GCB’s reply brief in in that civil action.”5 3. For good cause shown, we grant the joint motion for extension of time. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to section 4(i) of the Communications Act, as amended, 47 U.S.C. § 154(i), and sections 0.91, 0.291 and 1.46 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. §§ 0.91, 0.291 and 1.46, that the joint motion for extension of time filed by U.S. South, GCB, and APCC in WC Docket No. 11-141 is GRANTED and the time to file replies to APCC’s opposition to U.S. South’s Application for Review is extended from September 10, 2012 to September 24, 2012.
