PETITION FOR WAIVER OF UNIVERSAL SERVICE RULES WC Docket No. 10-90 WT Docket No. 10-208 Comment Date: November 13, 2012 Reply Comment Date: November 28, 2012 The Wireless Telecommunications Bureau seeks comment on a petition filed by Cordova Wireless Communications, Inc. (“Cordova”) for waiver of Section 54.307(e)(3)(iv) of the Commission’s Universal Service Fund (“USF”) Rules.1 Section 54.307(e) establishes a methodology for determining USF support for competitive eligible telecommunications carriers from January 1, 2012.2 Cordova filed a confidential and a redacted version of its waiver petition.3 Parties seeking access to the confidential version of Cordova’s waiver petition shall request access pursuant to the terms of the Third Protective Order adopted August 30, 2012.4 Pursuant to sections 1.415 and 1.419 of the Commission’s rules, 47 CFR §§ 1.415, 1.419, interested parties may file comments and reply comments on or before the dates indicated above. Comments may be filed using the Commission’s Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS).
