College Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The agenda for the 800 MHz meeting includes: § Welcome and introductions § Deployment updates and P25 migration § Discuss Plan changes o Deployment update on TMAC, 8CALL, 8TAC o 4.9 GHz FCC proposed changes o How to file a FCC Form 601 application § Voting on proposed Plan changes, and election of officers § Adjourn Following the 700 MHz Public Safety RPC meeting, the 700 MHz Public Safety RPC meeting will convene at 1:00 p.m. at the same location. The agenda for the 700 MHz meeting includes: § Welcome and introductions § Updates on 700 MHz system deployments § Update on 700 MHz broadband § Open discussion for any Plan changes o 700 MHz 6.25 P25 Phase 2 migration requirement o FCC licensing filing procedures, and use of the Computer Assisted Pre-Coordination Resource and Database § Voting on proposed Plan changes, if needed § There will be no election of officers this year (elections are held in odd-numbered years) § Adjourn Both Region 39 RPC meetings are open to the public. All eligible public safety providers in Region 39 may utilize these frequencies. It is essential that eligible public safety agencies in all areas of government, including state, municipality, county, and Native American Tribal be represented in order to ensure that each agency’s future spectrum needs are considered in the allocation process.
