(Budget PrePay) requesting a limited, one-time waiver of section 54.410(f) of the Commission’s rules with respect to those Budget PrePay Lifeline subscribers that enrolled in Budget PrePay’s Lifeline offering between January 4, 2012 and May 31, 2012.1 Section 54.410(f) requires ETCs to re-certify their June 2012 subscriber base by December 31, 2012 and report their findings to USAC by January 31, 2013. Pursuant to sections 1.415 and 1.419 of the Commission’s rules, interested parties may file comments on or before the dates indicated above.2 Comments may be filed using the Commission’s Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS).3 § Electronic Filers: Comments may be filed electronically using the Internet by accessing the ECFS: http://fjallfoss.fcc.gov/ecfs2/. § Paper Filers: Parties who choose to file by paper must file an original and one copy of each filing.
