(Sandwich Isles) for "waiver of the universal service and intercarrier compensation reform rules." In particular, Sandwich Isles seeks a waiver of section 54.302 of the Commission's rules for receipt of high-cost universal service support.2 Section 54.302 establishes a total limit on universal service support of $250 per line per month, beginning July 1, 20l2. Interested parties may file comments on or before February 9, 2012, and reply comments on or before February 24, 2012. All pleadings are to reference WC Docket No. 10-90 and WT Docket No. 10-208.
