(GCI) filed a petition seeking a limited waiver of new call signaling rules adopted by the Commission.1 In its petition, GCI requests “a waiver to address specific instances where it cannot comply with the letter of the rules.”2 GCI also seeks a waiver to permit it “to continue to evaluate its compliance with the new Rules, develop remediation plans, and seek further additional waivers as appropriate.”3 Interested parties may file comments on or before April 2, 2012, and reply comments on or before April 17, 2012.
