The NOI seeks comment on potential ways to free up additional valuable spectrum to address the Nation’s growing demand for mobile broadband spectrum. The AWS-4 NPRM and NOI were published in the Federal Register on April 17, 2012.2 Comments and reply comments on the questions and proposals presented in the AWS-4 NPRM and NOI are due on the dates set forth above.
