The petitions request a limited waiver to allow SEN and Millicorp to obtain telephone numbers directly from the North American Numbering Plan Administrator and the Pooling Administrator.1 Both SEN and Millicorp state that they seek a waiver comparable to the limited waiver granted to SBC Internet Services, Inc.,2 so they can obtain numbers necessary to deploy new and innovative Internet Protocol enabled services -- including Voice over Internet Protocol service -- on a commercial basis.3 Pursuant to sections 1.415 and 1.419 of the Commission’s rules, 47 CFR §§ 1.415, 1.419, interested parties may file comments and reply comments on or before the dates indicated above.
