On April 5, 2012, the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau released a Public Notice1
listing petitions for reconsideration of the Commission’s Lifeline Reform Order.2 The Public Notice was
subsequently published in the Federal Register.3
Pursuant to the Commission’s rules, the opposition and reply deadlines for these petitions are 15 
days and 25 days, respectively, after publication of the Public Notice in the Federal Register.4 The Public 
Notice was published in the Federal Register on April 20, 2012.  Accordingly, oppositions will be due 
May 7, 2012, and replies to oppositions will be due May 15, 2012.
