(Total Call),2 and True Wireless, LLC (True Wireless),3 for limited designation as eligible telecommunications carriers (ETC) for the provision of Lifeline service. Q Link, Total Call and True Wireless each seek designation as an ETC for the limited purpose of offering Lifeline service in Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.4 Pursuant to sections 1.415 and 1.419 of the Commission’s rules, interested parties may file comments and reply comments on or before the dates indicated on the first page of this document.
