Petitioners, DIRECTV, LLC, DISH Network L.L.C., and the Satellite Broadcasting Association, as well as Respondent, the City of Chicago, Illinois have filed a joint motion with the Commission to stay the public comment period prescribed in the Media Bureau’s Public Notice 1 until after the Commission renders a decision in a similar proceeding involving the City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Parties assert that the Commission’s resolution of the City of Philadelphia matter will narrow, if not resolve, the issues in dispute involving the City of Chicago. Because of the similarity of the issues presented by both petitions, the request for stay of the comment period is granted. A new Public Notice with new filing dates will be issued after the Commission’s issuance of an order in the related City of Philadelphia proceeding. 2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the request for stay IS GRANTED. IT IS FURTHERED ORDERED that the Public Notice, DA 12-663, IS CANCELLED. 3.
