This is in connection with your May 22, 2012 Motion for Extension of Time to File Comments
in response to the Public Notice released by the International Bureau on May 15, 2012,
International Bureau Seeks Further Comment on Qualcomm Petition for Rulemaking, DA 12-
767. You state that extension is necessary because you need the additional time to coordinate an
industry position in response to Qualcomm's technical submissions.
We have been informed by Qualcomm that it does not object to the request for extension of time.
Therefore, to assure a full record with regard to the technical issues raised by the Petition and
associated filings from Qualcomm in response to Bureau information requests, your motion is
granted, with comments due on July 16, 2012, and reply comments due July 31, 2012.
