On May 3, 2013, the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau released a Public Notice
seeking comment on a petition filed by the Western Telecommunications Alliance, the Eastern Rural 
Telecom Association, and the National Exchange Carrier Association, Inc. (the Rural Associations).1 The 
Rural Associations seek reconsideration of the Commission’s Sixth Order on Reconsideration and 
Memorandum Opinion and Order.2  
Pursuant to the Commission’s rules,3 the opposition and reply deadlines for these petitions are 15 
days and 25 days, respectively, after publication of the Public Notice in the Federal Register.  The Public 
Notice was published in the Federal Register on May 17, 2013.4 Accordingly, oppositions will be due 
June 3, 2013 and replies to oppositions will be due June 11, 2013.
