(Believe). 1 Believe Wireless seeks review of a February 4, 2013 decision by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) denying Believe’s request for waiver of the late filing fees related to Believe’s 2010 and 2011 Telecommunications Reporting Worksheets (FCC Forms 499-A). 2 Pursuant to sections 1.415 and 1.419 of the Commission’s rules, 3 interested parties may file comments on or before July 19, 2013 and reply comments on or before August 5, 2013.
