(together, TelePacific); ACN Communications Services, Inc.; Level 3 Communications, LLC; TDS Metrocom, LLC and Telecommunications for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Inc. (TDI) requested1 that the Commission “refresh the record” and make certain changes to its copper retirement rules.2 Pursuant to sections 1.415 and 1.419 of the Commission’s rules, interested parties may file comments and reply comments on or before the dates indicated on the first page of this document.3 All pleadings are to reference WC Docket No. 12-353 and RM-11358.
