EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation
On June 28, 2013, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation, for a
period of 180 days, to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain the EchoStar 3 Direct Broadcast
Satellite space station as an in-orbit spare at the 61.8º W.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 12.201 GHz, 12.203 GHz,
and 12.699 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 17.3015 GHz (Earth-to-space).
