On July 25, 2013, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30 days, to
conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift the Intelsat 5 space station from the 65.45° E.L.  orbital location to the
50.15° E.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 14.498 GHz and 13.999 GHz (Earth-to-space); and 11.451 GHz, 11.452
GHz, and 11.454 GHz (space-to-Earth).
