REPLY DATES FOR PETITION FOR RECONSIDERATION FILED BY CTIA 
PS Docket No. 11-153, PS Docket No. 10-255, Report No. 2985
On June 28, 2013, CTIA submitted a Petition for Reconsideration, or, in the alternative, for 
clarification

of the Commission’s May 17, 2013 Text-to-911 Bounce-back Order.

On July 11, 2013, the Commission released Report No. 2985 seeking comment on the Petition for 
Reconsideration pursuant to 47 CFR Section 1.429(e).

  On July 31, 2013, the Federal Register published 
a summary of Report No. 2985.

  Accordingly, oppositions to the Petition must be filed on or before 
August 15, 2013;

and replies to oppositions must be filed on or before August 26, 2013.
