Intelsat is authorized to: (1) provide Fixed-Satellite Service in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands; (2) provide Fixed-Satellite Service in the 12.25-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency band, including in ITU Region 2 and portions of the United States that are within the antenna beam patterns provided by Intelsat in its application for Intelsat 8 space station at the 169.0º E.L.; and (3) conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain Intelsat 8 at the 169.0° E.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 12.747 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.748 GHz (space- to-Earth), and 13.998 GHz (Earth-to-space).
