On December 19, 2011, UTEX Communications Corp. d/b/a FeatureGroup IP (UTEX) filed a request for review of an October 18, 2011 audit by the Universal Service Administrative Company.1 On July 2, 2013, UTEX sought to withdraw its request for review.2 We grant UTEX’s withdrawal request and per the request, dismiss the above-captioned pleading with prejudice.3 2.
