Satellite CD Radio LLC
On September 19, 2013, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Satellite CD Radio LLC for a period of
180 days to conduct performance testing of its new geostationary-satellite orbit Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) space station,
FM-6, at the 120.5° W.L. orbital location, and to move the FM-6 space station from the 120.5° W.L. orbital location to the 116.15° W.L. orbital
location  upon completion of testing.  Satellite CD Radio is authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations in the
2320.0-2332.5 MHz (space-to-Earth), 7051.5-7052.5 MHz (Earth-to-space), and 7060.0-7072.5 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, both to
support performance testing operations at the 120.5° W.L. orbital location and to effect FM-6's drift to its authorized location of 116.15° W.L. at
the completion of performance testing.

On September 19, 2013, the Satellite Division granted special temporary authority to Iridium Constellation LLC, for a period of 180 days, to
continue to operate three space stations in its non-geostationary-orbit constellation in a manner consistent with a revised post-mission disposal
plan proposed in the pending license modification application in IBFS File No. SAT-MOD-20080701-00140.
