All submitted nominations will be reviewed, and pursuant to section 54.703(c)(3), the Chairperson will select individuals to represent the relevant industry or non-industry groups on the Board.4 All nominations must be filed with the Office of the Secretary by October 23, 2013. Nominations may be filed using the Commission’s Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS), or by filing paper copies.5 · Electronic Filers: Comments may be filed electronically using the Internet by accessing the ECFS: http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/ecfs/. · Paper Filers: Parties who choose to file by paper must file an original and one copy of each filing.
