Section 73.3539(a) of the Commission’s Rules requires broadcast television licensee renewal to be filed “not later than the first day of the fourth full calendar month prior to the expiration date of the license sought to be renewed….”2 The Licensee’s license was scheduled to expire on August 1, 2013. In accordance with Section 73.3539 of the Commission’s Rules, Licensee was required to file its Form 303-S to renew the license of WETV-LP on or before April 1, 2013. Licensee did not file its Form 303-S until April 10, 2013. This constitutes a violation of Section 73.3539(a) of our Rules Although we do not rule out more severe sanctions for a violation of this nature in the future, we have determined that an admonition is appropriate at this time. Therefore, based upon the facts and circumstances before us, we ADMONISH you for this violation. We remind you that the Commission expects all commercial television licensees to comply with its application filing deadlines.
