B.V.; and (2)  modify Condition 4 of the authorization to permit DIRECTV to operate DIRECTV 1R in accordance with any future amendments

On November 7, 2013, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 180
days, to continue to: (1) provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Galaxy 11 at the 55.6° W.L. orbital location in the 10.95-11.20 GHz (space-to-Earth),
11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 13.75-14.50 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands; and (2) conduct telemetry, tracking, and command
functions necessary to maintain Galaxy 11 at the 55.6° W.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies:  11.701 GHz and 11.702
GHz (space-to-Earth); and 14.0005 GHz and 14.4985 GHz (Earth-to-space).

GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands; and (2) continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command functions necessary to maintain the
Intelsat 16 space station at the 79.0° W.L. orbital position using the center frequencies of 12198.25 MHz and 12198.75 MHz (space-to-Earth)
and 14499.5 MHz and 13997.5 MHz (Earth-to-space).

S2892SAT-RPL-20121228-00227 SES Americom, Inc.
On October 31, 2013, the Satellite Division designated the above-captioned proceeding as "permit-but-disclose" for purposes of the
Commission's rules governing ex parte communications.  By letter filed on October 28, 2013, SES Americom, Inc. requested that the
designation for this proceeding be changed from restricted to "permit-but-disclose" for purposes of ex parte communications.  DIRECTV
Enterprises, LLC opposed SES Americom's request by a letter filed on October 30, 2013.  DIRECTV Enterprises contended that SES
Americom did not justify the requested change in ex parte designation.  SES Americom's application potentially raises issues of broadly
applicable policy.  Designation of the proceeding as "permit-but-disclose" will facilitate the exploration of those issues.  Thus, IBFS File
No. SAT-RPL-20121228-00227, has been designated as "permit-but-disclose," effective October 31, 2013.  See 47 C.F.R. §§ 1.1200(a),
1.1206 and 1.1208 note 2.
