FUTRONICS PAGING, INC. LOWER AND UPPER PAGING BAND LICENSES 
Auction 95 
Report No. AUC-95 (Auction 95) 
 On August 6, 2013, the Federal Communications Commission completed an auction of 5,905 
licenses for lower and upper paging band spectrum (Auction 95).1  After a preliminary review, we 
accepted for filing long-form applications (FCC Form 601) filed by the highest bidders in the auction, 
including the long-form application, File Number 0005906209, submitted by Futronics Paging Inc. 
(Futronics).2  On November 1, 2013, we granted the applications of 31 of the 33 applicants that filed 
long-form applications in Auction 95.3   
Upon further review, we now find that the application filed by Futronics is also complete and 
conforms to Commission rules.  Moreover, the Commission has received full payment, as required under 
Section 1.2109(a) of its rules,4 for the application filed by Futronics.  We therefore grant Futronics’ 
application with the associated call signs listed in the attachment to this Public Notice. 
 Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to Section 309(a) of the Communications Act, as 
amended, 47 U.S.C. § 309(a), and Sections 0.131 and 0.331 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. 
§§ 0.131, 0.331, the application, File No. 0005906209, filed on August 23, 2013, by Futronics Paging, 
Inc. IS GRANTED.
