As part of the Commission’s ongoing effort to manage its dockets and reduce backlog,2 and in an effort to avoid the need to address issues unnecessarily, the Bureau believes it would be appropriate to assess the parties’ continuing interests in these requests. We therefore intend to dismiss each petition listed below without prejudice unless the petitioner comes forward within 45 days of the date of this Public Notice to state that it intends to pursue the petition.
