ET Docket No. 13-280 Comment Date: December 10, 2013 Reply Comment Date: December 17, 2013 By this Public Notice, we invite interested parties to file comments on the above Petition for Waiver filed by Autoliv ASP, Inc. and Caterpillar, Inc., requesting an additional year to come into compliance with the emissions limits of Section 15.515(c) of the Commission’s rules that are scheduled to go into effect on January 1, 2014. Comments on the waiver requests are due by the dates listed above. A copy of the waiver request can be found in the docket file. Pursuant to sections 1.415 and 1.419 of the Commission’s rules, 47 CFR §§ 1.415, 1.419, interested parties may file comments and reply comments on or before the dates indicated on the first page of this document.
