Accordingly, comments are due on Friday, December 27, 2013, and reply comments are due on Monday, January 13, 2014.3 Commenters must follow the filing instructions provided in the CALM Act FNPRM.4 The Commission released the CALM Act FNPRM on November 1, 2013.
