On December 18, 2013, OMB approved the revised FCC Forms 470 and 471, and their accompanying instructions. 1 The Bureau, however, is providing another 14 days for comments on the FCC Form 471 Instructions because, due to a clerical error, the revised instructions were not posted on OMB’s website during its 30-day comment period. We note that the Bureau in July sought comment on the revised FCC Form 471 Instructions, along with FCC Forms 470 and 471, and the FCC Form 470 Instructions.2 Copies of both the approved FCC Form 471 Instructions and the FCC Form 471 are attached. Interested parties may file comments on or before January 2, 2014. All comments are to reference CC Docket No. 02-6. Comments may be filed using the Commission’s Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS), or by filing paper copies. See Electronic Filing of Documents in Rulemaking Proceedings, 63 FR 24121 (1998). · Electronic Filers: Comments may be filed electronically using the Internet by accessing the ECFS: http://fjallfoss.fcc.gov/ecfs2/. · Paper Filers: Parties who choose to file by paper must file an original and one copy of each filing. Filings can be sent by hand or messenger delivery, by commercial overnight courier, or by first-class or overnight U.S. Postal Service mail. All filings must be addressed to the Commission’s Secretary, Office of the Secretary, Federal Communications Commission. 1 See OMB, OMB Control Number History, http://reginfo.gov/public/do/PRAViewICR?ref_nbr=201312-3060-007 (last visited Dec. 19, 2013).
