On December 19, 2013, the Satellite Division determined that Skybox Imaging, Inc. met the fourth milestone condition (i.e., launch and begin operation of the first satellite) in its license for two non-geostationary orbit Earth Exploration Satellite Service space stations, SkySat-1 and SkySat-2. The Satellite Division previously determined that Skybox Imaging had met the first three milestone conditions in its license.
