On May 15, 2014, the Commission released the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking. 1 The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking set dates for comments and reply comments as July 15 and September 10, 2014, respectively. 2 On May 30, 2014, the Commission released a Public Notice seeking to refresh the record in the 2010 Framework for Broadband Internet Access Service proceeding. 3 The Public Notice also set dates for comments and reply comments as July 15 and September 10, 2014, respectively. 4 Because of high volume with the Commission’s Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS), some parties are experiencing difficulties accessing ECFS. We welcome the submission of comments via OpenInternet@fcc.gov as an alternative to ECFS. The Commission will treat as timely filed any comments that are filed via OpenInternet@fcc.gov or in ECFS by midnight Friday, July 18.
