Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau Announces Comment and Reply Comment 
Dates for Proceeding on Termination of Certain Proceedings as Dormant

By this Public Notice, the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau announces that the Public 
Notice1 seeking comment on whether certain docketed Commission proceedings should be terminated as 
dormant was published in the Federal Register on Monday, July 21, 2014,2 starting the comment cycle in 
CG Docket No. 14-97.  Accordingly, comments are due on August 20, 2014, and reply comments are due 
on September 4, 2014.3 Commenters must follow the filing instructions provided in the Public Notice.4
