FCC AND DOL ANNOUNCE NATIONAL SIGNING CEREMONY FOR 
THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS INDUSTRY REGISTERED 
APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM
By this Public Notice, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the 
Department of Labor’s (DOL) Employment and Training Administration (ETA) announce the 
date and time of a national signing ceremony for the Telecommunications Industry Registered 
Apprenticeship Program’s (TIRAP) new apprenticeship opportunity for Telecommunication 
Tower Technicians.  
Date: October 14, 2014
Time: 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Location: Washington, D.C. (exact location TBD)
