S2887SAT-LOA-20121025-00187 Intelsat License LLC
The Satellite Division has determined that Intelsat License LLC has met the Critical Design Review (CDR) and Commence Construction
milestones associated with its authorization (Call Sign S2887) and may reduce the bond amount by $1,500,000, as provided in the
Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed
Rulemaking, IB Docket No. 02-34, 18 FCC Rcd 10760 (2003); Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and
Policies, First Order on Reconsideration and Fifth Report and Order, IB Docket No. 02-34, 19 FCC Rcd 12637 (2004), 47 C.F.R. §
25.165(d). Accordingly, Intelsat may reduce its bond to a value of $750,000.
S2912SAT-MOD-20140321-00032 Planet Labs Inc.
The Satellite Division has determined that Planet Labs Inc. has met the first four milestone conditions (execute a non-contingent contract
for construction, complete critical design review of the satellite system, commence construction of the first satellite in the system, launch
and place into operation the first satellite) associated with its authorization (Call Sign S2912) for its Flock 1b and Flock 1c
non-geostationary orbit satellites and may reduce the bond amount by $4,000,000, as provided in the Amendment of the Commission's
Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, IB Docket No. 02-34, 18
FCC Rcd 10760 (2003); Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Order on Reconsideration and
Fifth Report and Order, IB Docket No. 02-34, 19 FCC Rcd 12637 (2004), 47 C.F.R. § 25.165(d).  Accordingly, Planet Labs may reduce its
bond to a value of $1,000,000.
