FORM 477 FILING INTERFACE EXPERIENCING TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES; 
FILNG DEADLINE EXTENDED

On September 26, 2014, the filing interface experienced significant and unanticipated technical 
issues that required the site to be temporarily inaccessible.  The Wireline Competition Bureau (Bureau) is 
working to resolve these technical difficulties as quickly as possible and will release a Public Notice as 
soon as the system is accessible for filers.  In light of these technical issues, we are extending the deadline 
for the submission of Form 477 data as of June 30, 2014 beyond the original October 1, 2014 deadline.1  
Once the site reopens, we will announce the new filing deadline.  We apologize for the inconvenience 
related to these delays.
