PETITIONS FOR RECONSIDERATION OF THE INCENTIVE AUCTION REPORT 
AND ORDER

On October 2, 2014, the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau released a Public Notice1
listing petitions for reconsideration of the Commission’s Incentive Auction Report and Order.2 The 
Public Notice was subsequently published in the Federal Register on October 27, 2014.3 Because the 
deadline for replies was listed incorrectly in the Federal Register, a subsequent correction was published 
on November 4, 2014, announcing the correct dates.4  
Pursuant to the Commission’s rules, the opposition deadline for this petition is 15 days after 
publication in the Federal Register, and the reply deadline is 10 days after the opposition deadline.5 The 
Public Notice was published in the Federal Register on October 27, 2014.  Accordingly, oppositions will 
be due November 12, 2014, and replies to oppositions will be due November 24, 2014.
